Polish voice over recording services for your project
Polish is the official language of Poland and has been one of the 24 official languages of the European Union since 2004.
Polish is spoken by approximately 37 million native speakers in Poland. This represents about 98% of the population. A total of 56 million people speaks Polish, which includes minorities in neighboring countries such as Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Ukraine. Due to emigration there are a great number of Polish-speaking people in the USA, Canada, but also in Germany, France and Great Britain.
The Polish language is a West Slavic language from the Slavic branch of Indo-European languages, closely related to Kashubian and Sorbian languages. It is also very similar to the Czech and Slovak languages. Today there are six different dialects, which are spoken according to the geographical location in Poland.
Polish is written using the Latin alphabet and contains 32 letters, including diacritical characters which are used to reproduce Polish phonemes.
Grammar is very important in Polish, whereas sentence structure, the order of words within a sentence, is relatively irrelevant.
We have already implemented a considerable number of projects in Polish, including the dubbing of many web-based training courses (WBTs) for BMW; the recordings for telephone announcement systems for the Deutsche Bahn, the production of TV ads for Frosch and Dr. Wolff; the recordings for on-board announcements for Emirates airline; the production of voice announcements for the defibrillator manufacturer Zoll Medical, as well as the complete production of explanatory videos for the pharmaceutical company ICON.
Voice over recordings in Polish are carried out in professional recording studios located in Poland. We work with native speakers who have a perfect command of the Polish language and are trained professional voice talents.
