Hebrew voice over recording services for your project
The Hebrew language (also modern Hebrew or Ivrit) is, besides Arabic, the official language of the State of Israel.
About 9 million people worldwide speak Hebrew as their mother tongue. In Israel this corresponds to about 65 % of the population. Hebrew is also spoken in Palestine and by Jews in Poland, where it has been recognized as a minority language since 2005.
Hebrew is based on the language of the Hebrew Bible, the holy script of the Jews, whose origins can be traced back to the 1st millennium BC. This language is called Old Hebrew. From this ancient language the Middle Hebrew and later the New Hebrew have developed. The further development of these languages led to the modern Hebrew.
Ivrit belongs to the Semitic languages, which in turn belong to the family of Afro-Asian languages. Ivrit belongs to the subgroup of northwestern Semitic languages and there to the subgroup of Canaanite languages. It is the only non-extinct language of this group.
In Hebrew, the subject-predicate-object sentence order is used with a few exceptions. The Hebrew script is a consonant script with 22 letters and is written from right to left.
Voice over recordings in Hebrew are carried out in professional recording studios located in Israel. We work with native speakers who have a perfect command of the Hebrew language and are trained professional voice talents.
