Turkmen voice over recording services for your project
The Turkmen language is the official language in the Republic of Turkmenistan and a minority language in some other countries.
Turkmen is a southwest Turkish (Oghusian) language within the Turkic languages and is spoken today by about 8 million people as their mother tongue. About 4 million Turkmen native speakers live in Turkmenistan. This corresponds to about 72% of the total population. Over 2 million Turkmen-speaking people live in Northern Iran, while others live in Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.
Turkmen has many dialects, including the many spoken ones like Ýomut in the west of Turkmenistan, Ärsary (also Äsary) in the southeast of the country and Teke (also Tekke) in the Karakum desert.
Based on the Azerbaijani language, a Turkmen high-level language with modern vocabulary was created in the 1920s, based on the West Turkoman Ýomut dialect. In the following years the Latin alphabet was replaced by the Cyrillic alphabet. In the early 1990s, Turkmenistan opted for a modern Latin alphabet that differed slightly from the Turkish alphabet.
Turkmen is followed by the subject-object-verb-sentence position, such as Japanese. There is no grammatical gender. Suffixes play a central role in the formation of grammatical forms.
Voice over recordings in Turkmen are carried out in professional recording studios located in Russia. We work with native speakers who have a perfect command of the Turkmen language and are trained professional voice talents.
