Upon receipt of your inquiry we will start the project analysis and provide you with a free quote for the services you requested. According to your requirements, we can also suggest suitable voice talents on request.
After having received your order for the voice over recording of your project, we will draw up a production plan and determine the individual production steps and deadlines in close cooperation with you.
For all projects, we check the texts to be recorded for pronunciation-relevant terms and create a pronunciation guide for you or your client that includes our suggestions for consistent, correct pronunciation. This document will then be sent to you for approval. Terms relevant to pronunciation may include proper names or abbreviations the voice talent should observe.
For image-related projects, e.g. synchronous recordings for image films or commercials, we will perform a length check prior to the recording. We check the length of the text to be recorded and let you know whether the text fits or if and where it needs to be shortened. This process is a good instrument to avoid problems during recording and the risk of additional costs, e.g. due to extended studio recording time.
We coordinate the voice over recordings and handle voice talent and studio bookings. On request, we can also organize client monitoring services for various voice over recordings (e.g. via Skype, telephone, Source Connect, iP-DTL, Session Link Pro, etc.) or client visits to the studio. It might be especially important for you to be able to supervise the voice over recording of commercials during the recording process.
Post-production following voice over recording takes place in-house. This ensures a uniform sound quality, especially for multilingual productions. For example, we edit the audio material and prepare it according to your specifications during post-production. Depending on the type of project and, if required, we create the mix with background music and effects for your film.
We also ensure the correct file naming of the audio files for your e-learning course on request. Depending on the target medium, e.g. web, TV, or telephone systems, we also optimize the sound and deliver the final files in the desired audio format.
On request, we can conduct the buyout negotiations with the voice talents for commercially used recordings, e.g. commercials. Subsequently, we also handle the buyouts for extended use (buyout management).
We also support you with the translation of audio texts for your planned voice over recording. Moreover, we can also help you with individually composed music for your film.
